For Healthcare Facilities our staff is in compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, CDC and OSHA regulatory standards. All training is mandatory for each employee.
We are not a franchise. These types of companies require a percentage of profits to be directed to the franchisor. In addition, if you are not satisfied with a franchises work, they continuously rotate the account to another franchise.
The bid. When submitting a proposal, we will never submit a dollar amount to simply be low bid to win an account. We guarantee that our proposal includes the correct amount of hours to properly clean your facility per the standards required. Our competitors typically don't schedule enough time to service your facility correctly which means cutting corners.
We are not a national company. Large national, regional and public chains have high administrative costs and focus on profits, not the client. Both Principals of 3rd Millennium Cleaning are from the Metro Milwaukee WI area. We only focus on quality, and will let this dictate if we are profitable.

Regular inspections of our facilities using our Quality Management Systemis a vital part to maintaining long term consistent quality. Inspections occur twice per month which includes a walk through with our staff, and one surprise spot inspection.
Day Porters and Custodial employees working during business hours receive relationship management skills training to assist in branding your corporate image.
Refund Policy. While all new clients are cautious when starting with a new janitorial company, we put our work to the test by offering a refund policy if we cannot deliver our quality promise.
Our Green Cleaning services use Green-Seal certified and environmentally preferable products along with
environmentally conscious practices to minimize the impact on health and the environment while enhancing
employee morale, productivity, safety, and wellness. Green Seal products include certified environmentally
preferable chemicals with Green Label style vacuum cleaners and Micro Fiber cleaning cloths in our daily
cleaning.
